In this episode Platoon Daddy Bacon and Sergeant C’Gar talk about the STEP program (which inspires a little singing) and magical memorandums called PPOM’s. The Sergeants focus on a recently discovered PPOM that can get our Soldiers promoted faster than normal which is something they like to see.
